The Czech real estate investment company CTP has built a warehouse and plant of more than 6,000 m2 in Tatabánya (CTPark Tatabánya). The project includes the installation of Pureco products for the appropriate storage and drainage of rainwater. As a corrugated steel tank with a diameter of 1.6 m and a length of 320 m, our rainwater storage system made of steel spiral pipe is an efficient solution for the treatment of rainwater falling at the warehouse area. The sections of the pipe are connected by watertight straps and the slate is kept watertight by a rubber sealing gasket sewn into the casing during manufacture. We were present throughout the installation of the pipes, with great emphasis on the quality of the fill material and compaction, as the flexible steel structure transfers the load to the surrounding fill. The stormwater drainage for the project was solved with a slit spillway supplied by Pureco. The reinforced concrete slurry, of C45/55 concrete grade and highly resistant to dynamic loads, was installed over a length of 800 meters. Our products have already proven their worth to our investment partner, as our subsidiary Pureco s.r.o. supplied the stormwater storage and drainage structures for their previous projects in the Czech Republic.
